It’s been a long time coming, Nexus 9 owners. Starting today, you should be seeing an update to Android 5.1.1 hitting your tablets. Because you may not feel like waiting around for the update to roll out in stages — and quite frankly, it’s been long enough — you have a few other options at your disposal.
Those looking to do things the manual way, the official factory images (build LMY47XZ) have been posted on Google’s developer page where they’re available for the flashing. What’s more is someone was even able to capture the OTA link directly from Google’s servers if you’re proficient in ADB. Just make sure you’re coming from LRX22L before you update. Cheers!
